Yes. All Hyundai vehicles are covered except trucks or vehicles used for commercial purposes
(hire and drive, taxi, reward, driving school) are not covered by this program.
Yes, but services requested are chargeable.
All towing is complimentary and free up to RM400. However, towing charges apply for customer
induced breakdowns such as shattered windscreen, running out of fuel, wrong type of fuel, illegal
racing, lost/locked key, punctured tyre with towing needed, etc.
You can choose any Hyundai Authorised Service Centre nationwide. Additional charges will be
applicable for towing to Hyundai Authorised Service Centre outside of RM400 coverage. Towing to
non-authorised service centres are strictly prohibited as services performed may void the warranty
coverage on your vehicle.
It will be towed to the nearest Hyundai Authorised Service Centre or Hyundai Authorised Body &
Paint workshop.
The services are available in Malaysia (excluding selected Malaysian Islands), Singapore and the
Malaysia-Thailand border. However, similar services will be rendered to customers in Penang,
Langkawi and Labuan.
Our service provider will assist to replace the flat tyre with the vehicle's spare tyre for FREE.
Our 24/7 Roadside Assist personnel will attempt to jump-start your engine. Customers are then
advised to drive to the nearest authorised service centre for a proper diagnosis.
